The automatic packing line is directly connected with the wafer production line. After the wafer rack is cut, the wafer is divided into a line through the conveyor at different speeds, and the wafer is cleaned through the platform plate.

The wafer is pushed from the main conveyor to the connecting conveyor through the servo pusher, where there are two sensors. When the sensor gives information, let the servo pusher push whether the product comes or not, and the other sensor will provide information to the cylinder pusher, let the pusher push the wafer into the packaging machine shelf, and then packaging. For the whole machine, it is adjustable. It can pack 4/8/10/12 pieces, each as a group to pack according to the requirements of the buyer. Of course, if you require, the transmitter for the cylinder can also be used together with the servo motor, which will be more accurate.

The whole production line does not need labor, with fewer workers, more food, more factories and high efficiency.
